A seasoned sales professional with strong marketing skills and a genuine interest in the people she helps, Veronica Ellias has been a top agent since the beginning of her real estate career. She came to real estate with over 23 years experience in high tech component sales and sales management and has a Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration with a Marketing Minor. High energy and a strong desire to succeed along with strong technical skills and professional negotiating techniques have helped Veronica find solutions in every transaction she handles. The majority of her marketing dollars are spent marketing her clients´ homes, not herself, and 98% of her business comes from client referrals.

Veronica has been awarded the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) professional designation by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council®. Seniors Real Estate Specialists have expertise in assisting seniors in selling the family home, buying rental property, managing the capital gains and estate tax implications of owning real estate, obtaining a reverse mortgage, moving to a senior community, and other issues. For over 4 years, Veronica has specialized in assisting clients in their relocation needs. She has been specially trained in corporate relocation processes, and is able assist those clients facilitating their move smoothly.

A Conejo Valley resident since 1989, Veronica has a special knowledge & appreciation for everything Conejo Valley has to offer. She serves on the Board of Directors as president, for Manna, a local food bank, and is on the MLS committee for the Conejo Valley Board of Realtors. Serving as an Ambassador for the Thousand Oaks/ Westlake Village Chamber of Commerce gives her an up to the minute knowledge of new businesses coming into the area. She loves to play with her 2 dogs, Tai and Maddie Marie, spend quality time with her family, and enjoy all that the Conejo Valley area has to offer in a balanced and serene lifestyle.
